Pet Policy

• Pets are welcome!
• Please bring a blanket or sheet for the upholstered furniture if your pet likes to lounge.
•  Poop bags are available at several stations on the property, the closest being to the right of the building as you walk towards the marina. Please be sure to pick up after your dog and place the bags in the dumpsters next to Building 1 or in an appropriate garbage can.
• All dogs must be leashed while on the property
• No pets in the pool area or clubhouse
• You are responsible for any damage to the condo, which will be inspected after your stay.

House Rules

• Make yourself at home!
• User whatever consumables you like but please replace them
• Anything in the refrigerator or freezer is fair game and since both are cleaned out after every visit, there should be no perishables left behind. You'll probably find various condiments, sodas, a few cans of beer and maybe a bottle of wine. Help yourself and please make sure to replace these items before the end of your stay.
• Absolutely no smoking inside the condo. That means cigarettes, cigars or other recreational items. Smoking is fine on the porches or on the property but please clean up after yourself.
• No grilling on the decks or within 10 feet of the building by notice of the Fire Marshall.
